Wardrobe using water colour paints

Drawing to perspective with all the lines is one of my weak points, I just don't understand the process. So instead I like to draw to perspective the best I can without them. Although this image looks slightly childish because of the water colour paints, this was a good exercise for me as I learnt how to get the angles right of the tops of the wardrobe. I spent around 20minutes drawing the wardrobe and chest of draws in pencil, 5minutes brushing it with water colour paints (of the colours of my room/nearest colour) and 5minutes cross-hatching some shadows in pen. This work is not the most impressive piece so next time to improve this sketch i could work into it more with pen to identify the shadows and light. This would make it look like a more professional piece.
